As an artist I am interested in secrets and the joy of discovering. I tend to create layers and little things that the viewer can connect and find. I showcase stories to being seen in a visual form.

My main materials are ceramic and glass. Vibrant colors and multiple possibilities from feather light to heavy multilayered works are fascinating in glass. Glass reveals all and creates new layers inside, while also twisting and mirroring them. It has its own fourth dimension. Ceramics on the other hand gives the opportunity to present multiple forms and surfaces and you can really soak your hands in it. With different materials you can present more, so combining them is in my art.

Usually I plan my works very precisely, but I also give chance an opportunity. Many of my works have started from technical source, where I like to challenge myself. My works are at the same time like some kind of material investigation. What can I do from this material that would be something new and would present something in the best possible way?

There is always more behind the things that is seen at first. I find inspiration from constantly observing the environment. Human behavior, interaction and constant movement in change give a lot to think about. A phenomena in nature or just a part of it can be an inspiration or just one single word.

I want the viewer to have opportunity to think, experience and to feel. To bring out shared experience of humor, pain or some kind of realization. To detach people at least just for a while from rush and hecticness. To offer a break and a moment of visual pleasure.
